4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Topping: In a medium bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and crumbly.

Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season each fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Apply the Crust: Generously spread the herb garlic Parmesan mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing it down lightly to adhere.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F) and the crust is golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side to squeeze over the top, if desired.

Enjoy your delicious Herb Garlic Parmesan Crusted Salmon for a delightful and flavorful meal!
