Prepare the Parsley Butter: In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Stir in the chopped parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let this mixture warm on low heat while you prepare the tilapia.
Season the Tilapia: Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Lightly spray them with olive oil and season both sides with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400 for about 5 minutes.
Cook the Tilapia: Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has a light golden color.
Combine with the Parsley Butter: Once the tilapia is done, remove it from the air fryer and place the fillets on a serving platter. Drizzle the warm parsley butter generously over the top of the fillets.
Serve: Garnish with additional fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra citrusy kick.
