1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

8 strips of bacon, cut in half

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for dipping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the chicken pieces with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

      Wrap with Bacon: Take a piece of chicken and wrap a half strip of bacon around it. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat this process until all chicken pieces are wrapped.
