1 ripe mango, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 medium red bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeño, deseeded and finely chopped (optional for spice)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Start by peeling the ripe mango and dicing it into small cubes.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, finely chopped red onion, and diced red bell pepper.

      If you like a bit of heat, add the finely chopped jalapeño to the bowl.

        Toss in the freshly chopped cilantro for a burst of flavor.

          Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture, adding freshness and tang.
