2 large ripe avocados

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of Butter lettuce (or Romaine), leaves separated

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

1/4 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined and creamy.
