Ingredients
  

2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 pound cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Fresh lemon juice, for garnish

Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: If using leftover chicken, ensure it's cold and cut it into bite-size pieces. If you're cooking the chicken fresh, season with salt and pepper and grill or bake until fully cooked (about 20-25 minutes at 375°F). Let it cool before slicing or shredding.

    Prepare the Greens: In a large bowl, add the chopped Romaine lettuce. This will be the base of your salad.

      Add the Avocado: Carefully dice the ripe avocado and add it to the bowl with the Romaine. Ensure you toss gently to avoid mashing the avocado.

        Incorporate the Chicken: Add the sliced or shredded chicken breast to the salad bowl, mixing gently to distribute everything evenly.

          Add the Extras: Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes and croutons for additional texture and flavor.

            Dress the Salad: Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad. Start with half of it and toss gently to combine. You can always add more dressing to reach your desired level of creaminess.

              Finish with Cheese & Pepper: Sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese over the top. Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

                Garnish: Add a light squeeze of fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors. If desired, top with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

                  Serve: Serve immediately while the ingredients are fresh and crisp.
