4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buttermilk

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk with half of the ranch seasoning mix. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.

      Prepare the Breading Mixture: In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, remaining ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
