8 slices of white or whole wheat bread (crusts removed)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon (for the topping)

Optional: icing for drizzling (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 1 tsp of ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Roll the Bread: Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread. Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each flattened slice.

      Roll Them Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll each slice of bread tightly, making sure the filling is fully enclosed.
