BBQ Ranch Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (use rotisserie for convenience)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

1/4 cup sliced red onions

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

Optional: Fresh cilantro for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Mix until the chicken is well coated. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

    Mix the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and a tablespoon of BBQ sauce for added flavor. This will be your dressing for the wraps.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by adding a generous amount of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.

        Add Fresh Ingredients: Layer on shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced red onions on top of the chicken.

          Drizzle Dressing: Drizzle the BBQ ranch dressing over the fillings, adding more or less based on your preference.

            Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom upwards to encase all the delicious fillings.
