4 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower florets

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup shredded carrots

1 cup roasted sunflower seeds

¾ cup dried cranberries

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and shredded carrots. Toss them gently to mix.

    Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

      Combine: Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables in the large bowl. Toss well until all the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
