Butter Garlic Naan Pizza

4 pieces of ready-made garlic naan bread

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (or use your choice of protein)

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for some heat

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, and black pepper. This will be your flavorful garlic butter.

      Brush the Naan: Lay the garlic naan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the surface of each naan.

        Layer the Toppings: Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on each naan. Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, shredded chicken, and red onion evenly over the cheese.

          Add More Cheese: Top each naan with an additional sprinkle of mozzarella cheese for extra cheesiness.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan edges are golden brown.
