Ingredients

1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4-5 bars)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 oz chocolate chips (milk or dark chocolate)

2 teaspoons coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate coating)

Sea salt (for sprinkling, optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars and creamy peanut butter. Mix until well combined.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until the mixture is thick and resembles a dough.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.

While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. If desired, stir in coconut oil for a smoother coating.

Remove the Butterfinger balls from the freezer. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely covered. Use a fork to lift it out, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.

Place the coated balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, you can sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top if desired.

Once all the balls are coated, refrigerate the sheet until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes.

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy your delicious Butterfinger balls!
