Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Cook the Steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and allow to heat until shimmering. Add the steak bits in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and let it melt. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Combine: Add the Worcestershire sauce and thyme to the skillet, then gently return the cooked steak bites to the pan. Toss everything together until the steak is well coated in the garlic butter mixture.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty kick. Enjoy your delicious Cajun Garlic Butter Steak Bites!
