Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies, drained

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

6 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: salsa or guacamole for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

      Assemble the Pinwheels:

        - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture over the tortillas, leaving a small border around the edges.

          - Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas, spreading the cheese mixture and rolling each one.

            Chill the Rolls:

              - Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up, making it easier to slice later.

                Slice the Pinwheels:

                  - Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and use a sharp knife to slice each roll into bite-sized pinwheels (about 1-inch thick).

                    Serve:

                      - Arrange the sliced pinwheel bites on a serving platter and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with salsa or guacamole on the side for dipping, if desired.
