2 cups rotini or fusilli pasta

1 lb grilled chicken breast, sliced

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup croutons (optional, for added crunch)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, sliced grilled chicken, chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

      Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.

        Season with salt and pepper to taste.
