Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Optional: croutons for added crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

    - Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

      - Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Remove from heat and allow to rest.

        Slice the Chicken:

          - Once rested, slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips.

            Assemble the Wraps:

              - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over each tortilla, leaving a border along the edges.

                - In the center of each tortilla, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. If desired, add a few croutons for extra texture.

                  Wrap it Up:

                    - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll the tortilla from the bottom up, securing the filling inside. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

                      Heat the Wraps (Optional):

                        - For a warm wrap, return the skillet to medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crispy.

                          Serve:

                            - Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra Caesar dressing for dipping, along with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
