1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chickpeas: Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels, ensuring they are as dry as possible to get them crispy.

      Seasoning Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Whisk everything together until well blended.
