1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Preheat your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
