1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/3 cup brown sugar, packed

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the Cheesecake Layer:

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 cup mini chocolate chips (for swirling)

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For Topping:

Whipped cream

Additional mini chocolate chips

Cookie dough balls (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cookie Dough Layer:

    - In a bowl, whisk together the heat-treated flour and salt until combined.

      - In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

        - Mix in the vanilla extract.

          - Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.

            - Form the dough into small balls (about 1 inch) and refrigerate while you prepare the cheesecake layer.

              Make the Crust:

                - Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

                  - In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar, then pour in the melted butter and mix until evenly coated.

                    - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for about 10 minutes and then allow it to cool.

                      Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

                        - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
