1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons coconut oil

A pinch of salt

Prepare the Mint Filling:

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and a pinch of salt. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve that refreshing minty color. Mix until well-blended and the consistency is thick yet moldable.

      Shape the Patties:

          Chill the Patties:
