Ingredients

2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon milk

Optional: Sliced strawberries or apples for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Overlap the wide ends of the triangles to form a large pizza shape on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, pressing the seams together to seal.

Bake the crust: Bake the crescent dough in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.

Make the cinnamon-sugar mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Brush the melted butter over the baked crust and generously sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top.

Prepare the cream cheese topping: In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese: Once the crust has cooled a bit, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cinnamon-sugar coated pizza base.

Add extra toppings: Feel free to top with fresh sliced strawberries, apples, or any fruit of your choice for added flavor and color.

Slice and serve: Cut the pizza into slices and serve warm or at room temperature.
