1 cup long-grain white rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
