2 cups uncooked penne pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup buffalo sauce (mild or spicy, to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup sour cream

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and the cream cheese is fully incorporated.

        Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and stir gently until the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy sauce.

          Layer with Cheese: Fold in half of the mozzarella and half of the cheddar cheese to the pasta mixture. Transfer the entire mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
