Ingredients

1 pre-made flatbread or naan

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup spinach leaves (optional, for a fresh touch)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the flatbread or naan on a baking sheet.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.

Combine Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes, if using. Continue stirring for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Assemble the Flatbread: Spread a generous layer of the creamy garlic Alfredo sauce evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by fresh spinach leaves if using.

Bake: Carefully place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, slice into pieces and serve warm. Enjoy your creamy garlic goodness!
