12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup spinach, chopped (optional)

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.

      Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
