2 cups fresh spinach, packed

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside.
