Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken with Zucchini Noodles

2 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

4 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 lemon (juice and zest)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes. Once cooled, slice into strips.
