4 ears of fresh corn, grilled and kernels removed

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup vegetable broth

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick)

Salt and pepper to taste
