20 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

3 cups marinara sauce

Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and gently rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Set aside.
