6 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick)

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Carrots: In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced carrots with olive oil. Toss them well to ensure each slice is coated.

      Season the Carrots: Add the grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until all the carrot slices are evenly coated with the seasoning.

        Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned carrot slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding to ensure that they bake evenly and turn crispy.

          Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. After 10 minutes, check the chips; flip them over to ensure even browning. Bake until they are golden brown and crispy.
