1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures your chickpeas will crisp up nicely.

    Prepare the Chickpeas: After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, spread them out on a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Pat them dry gently, removing as much moisture as possible. This step is crucial for achieving that perfect crunch.
