2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cottage Cheese Mixture:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Shape the Treats:

        - Take a tablespoon of the mixture and form it into bite-sized patties or balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Continue until all the mixture is used.

          Set Up the Breading Station:

            - In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. In another shallow bowl, place the breadcrumbs.

              Bread the Cottage Cheese Treats:

                - Dip each cottage cheese patty first into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, then roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place the breaded treats back on the baking tray.

                  Fry the Treats:
