Ingredients
  

250g halloumi cheese, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 large romaine lettuce leaves (or butter lettuce)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, cut into wedges

Optional: hot sauce or Greek yogurt for drizzling

Instructions
 

Prepare the Halloumi:

    - In a shallow dish, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.

      - Dredge each slice of halloumi in the spice mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.

        Cook the Halloumi:
