Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk

1 cup strawberry puree

1 cup whipped cream

1/4 cup chocolate ganache

Sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Taco Shells:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

        - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

          - Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, and mix until combined.

            - Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, and mix until smooth.

              Shape the Taco Shells:

                - Using a tablespoon, scoop the batter and drop it onto a greased cookie sheet, leaving enough space between each scoop to allow spreading.

                  - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but the centers are still soft.

                    - While the shells are hot, carefully shape them into taco forms by draping them over an overturned muffin tin or between two skewers to hold their shape as they cool.

                      Assemble the Cake Tacos:

                        - Allow the taco shells to cool completely.

                          - Once cooled, layer a spoonful of strawberry puree inside each taco shell.

                            - Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the strawberry layer.

                              - Drizzle with chocolate ganache for an extra touch of decadence.

                                Garnish and Serve:

                                  - Optional: Sprinkle the assembled tacos with colorful sprinkles for a festive look.

                                    - Serve immediately and enjoy the crispy, creamy delight of Neapolitan cake tacos!
