Ingredients

4 medium russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Sour cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prep the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato).

Season the Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and sea salt. Stir well to create a uniform seasoning.

Coat the Wedges: Add the potato wedges to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Toss them gently until each wedge is evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t crowded for optimal crispiness.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the wedges from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. If desired, serve with a side of sour cream for dipping.
