1 lb ground turkey

1 cup sweet chili sauce

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 medium onion, diced

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (canned or frozen)

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

3 cups cooked jasmine or brown rice

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Brown the Turkey: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey and cook until it’s browned, breaking it up with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat.
