1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Chickpeas: In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
