Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 can (10 oz) tomato soup

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup chopped bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, fresh cilantro, and tortilla chips

Instructions
 

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.

    Pour in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and the tomato soup over the chicken.

      Add the taco seasoning, chicken broth, bell peppers, onion, and garlic.

        Stir all the ingredients until well combined, ensuring the chicken is coated with the soup mixture, and add salt and pepper to taste.

          Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

            Once the cooking time is complete, shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks and mix it with the soup.

              Serve hot, garnished with your choice of toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, fresh cilantro, or tortilla chips.
