1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup snap peas, trimmed

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

2 green onions, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Marinate Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well until the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes to enhance the flavor and tenderize the meat.
