Ingredients

8 ounces of rotini or penne pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup diced salami

1 cup diced pepperoni

1 cup diced prosciutto

1 cup black olives, sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup marinara sauce

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, diced salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, black olives, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), and marinara sauce. Stir until everything is well coated.

Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil until creamy.

Layer the Bake: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread half of the pasta mixture in an even layer. Dot with half of the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.

Add Remaining Ingredients: Layer the remaining pasta mixture over the cheese, followed by the remaining ricotta dollops. Finally, top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, let the dish cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving. Enjoy your delicious charcuterie pasta bake!
