Easy Cheesy Broccoli Quiche

1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

2 cups fresh broccoli florets (steamed and chopped)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Broccoli: In a small saucepan, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and let cool before chopping into smaller pieces.

      Sauté (Optional): In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli and sauté for about 2-3 minutes to bring out the flavor. Set aside.

        Whisk the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.

          Combine Ingredients: Stir in the steamed (or sautéed) broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan into the egg mixture until everything is evenly coated.

            Assemble the Quiche: Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the cheese and broccoli mixture into the crust, spreading it evenly.

              Bake: Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and the top is lightly golden.

                Cool & Serve: Once out of the oven, let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
