2 large bell peppers (any color), sliced

1 medium red onion, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme mix)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional garnishes: Fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese
