Instructions

Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

    - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and sriracha until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

      Cook the Chicken:

        - Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pot and set aside.

          Sauté the Vegetables:

            - In the same pot, add a little more oil if necessary. Sauté the minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced bell pepper for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Add bok choy and cook for another minute until slightly wilted.

              Add the Broth and Noodles:

                - Pour in the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions (usually about 3–4 minutes) until tender.

                  Combine and Serve:

                    - Once the noodles are cooked, return the cooked chicken to the pot and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more sriracha for extra spice if desired.

                      Plate the Ramen:

                        - Ladle the ramen into bowls, and drizzle a generous amount of creamy garlic sauce over the top.

                          Garnish and Enjoy:

                            - Top with a soft-boiled egg (if using), sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro or parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy the fiery delight!
