Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, or to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup granola (for topping)

2 tablespoons crushed nuts (almonds or walnuts work great)

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon (if using). Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.

Fill the Blueberries: Gently rinse the blueberries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Using a toothpick or small skewer, carefully create a small hole at the top of each blueberry.

Stuff the Blueberries: Using a small piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag with the corner snipped off, fill each blueberry with the yogurt mixture. Be careful not to overfill; just a small dollop is enough.

Add Toppings: Once all the blueberries are filled, dip the tops gently in granola and sprinkle with your choice of crushed nuts for extra crunch and flavor.

Chill: Arrange the filled blueberries on a serving plate and place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill and set.

Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, garnish the plate with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of freshness. They look beautiful and taste divine!
