4 ripe peaches, sliced

4 cups fresh arugula, washed and dried

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon honey
