Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for desired sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips (optional, for garnishing)

Instructions

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (about 9x13 inches) with parchment paper. This will help prevent sticking and makes removal easier later.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it out evenly to about ½ inch thick.

Add the Strawberries: Arrange the sliced strawberries over the yogurt, pressing them gently into the mixture for better adhesion. Make sure to distribute them evenly to get a fruit bite in every piece.

Optional Toppings: If using, sprinkle granola and mini dark chocolate chips over the strawberry layer for added texture and sweetness.

Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen and firm.

Break and Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper to easily detach the bark from the baking sheet. Break the bark into pieces or cut it into squares using a sharp knife.

Storage: Store your Berry Bliss Yogurt Bark in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy as a refreshing snack straight from the freezer!
