1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 avocado, diced

1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (seeds removed for less heat)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup Greek yogurt (for a healthier sour cream)

1 lime, juiced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sliced olives, diced red onion, or pickled jalapeños for extra flavor
