Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite non-dairy yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Berries: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the frozen berries and let them thaw slightly at room temperature for about 10 minutes. This will make them easier to mash.

Mash the Berries: Once slightly thawed, use a fork or potato masher to gently break the berries down into a chunky puree. You can leave some larger pieces for texture. If desired, you can add a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup to sweeten the berries further.

Make the Yogurt Base: In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Create the Swirl: Take a silicone mini muffin tray or parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon a small amount of the yogurt mixture into each compartment, filling them halfway. Then add a dollop of the mashed mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Use a toothpick or small spoon to gently swirl the berry mixture through the yogurt, creating a marbled effect.

Add Crunch (Optional): If you like a bit of crunch, sprinkle granola on top of each yogurt berry swirl. This will add texture when you bite into the clusters later.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours or until the clusters are completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, pop the yogurt clusters out of the tray and serve immediately. They can be garnished with fresh berries if desired. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
