Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup granola (optional for topping)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Add Blueberries: Gently fold in the blueberries. If using frozen blueberries, it's best to let them thaw slightly. The mixture should have a nice swirl of blueberry throughout.

Transfer to Pan: Line a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches or a similar size) with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Optional Topping: If you’re using granola, sprinkle it evenly on top of the yogurt mixture for added texture and crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking dish in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Slice and Serve: Once frozen, lift the yogurt out of the dish using the parchment paper. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to soften slightly, then slice into squares or rectangles.

Enjoy: Serve your frozen yogurt slices immediately for a refreshing treat! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
