Ingredients

2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Peaches: Start by peeling and chopping the fresh peaches into small pieces. If using frozen peaches, ensure they are thawed and drained of excess liquid.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped peaches, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the peach yogurt mixture into silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin cups. Fill them just to the top and smooth out the surface.

Freeze: Place the filled trays in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, gently pop the yogurt bites out of the molds. If you have trouble releasing them, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.

Store: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy your Peachy Bliss Frozen Yogurt Bites as a quick snack or a refreshing treat!
